Train is shunted on Delhi Junction Platform at 6 AM only.
Windows are dusty, Seats are Manageable enough. You'd need a Deodrant to be able to enter Washrooms. Saw Purnagiri Jan Shatabdi leaving at 06:30 AM.
At any day you'd find 50+Seats empty in AC Chair Car and 220+ Seats empty in Normal Chair Car. Although you won't find many...

I don't mind paying New Delhi Railway Station Lounge rates for Comfort but facilities should be available and consistent.
