Ab samay a gya h ki Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia k logo ko Ayodhya aur Gomatinagar ke liye daily Intercity type train ki demand karni chahiye.
Route aadha se jyada double ho chuka hai, aur BUI-SHG par trains ki sankhya bhi bahut kam hai. NR/NER ko yaha train chalane me koi apatti nahi honi chahiye.
January mein Ramlala ki sthapna hogi to in jilon se bhi bhari bheed ayegi , uske liye Intercity ki bahut avshyakta h.

Yes, first it should be upto Ayodhya only.
Ayodhya to Akbarpur is FEDL as of 1st November. Shahganj to Tulsi nagar will complete within next 2 months.
There are some single patches between ballia and shahganj but NER can manage due to low traffic.

Why has the PF4 line been uprooted? They are re designing that platform?
Complete overhaul of station.
Till now there was no 'road' that lead to station, no station gate either.
According to new plan, main building will be on Azamgarh line and that will be pf1 , current PF 1,4 and the island station building will be demolished to make way for new tracks.

Also new entrance will be made on Ayodhya road.
A new platform on opposite side is also being constructed that will cater to trains going from Jaunpur towards Akbarpur.
