this serves purely chennai based daily crowd. CGL nellore seams good idea. atleast till Gudur it can be done with IRS rake. TBM VM serves just back of this train so VM extension not needed.
Yes crowd wise it will not be solving capacity but provides connectivity from one end to the other. Anyways I agree.
