Railway services have deteriorated to extreme. Carelessness of staff at peak. I was travelling by 19020 Haridwar-Bandra express on 23.11.2023. At Khatauli (no stoppage station), train was sent on loop line but signal was green on main line. Train remained halted for 50 minutes due to this mistake/carelessness of staff. Luckily,there was no other train on loopline otherwise Orissa accident could have repeated. Modinagar also it stopped for 35 minutes and then at outer of Nizamuddin, it stopped for 30 minutes. Ultimately, it reached Nizamuddin late by 2 hours.
There might be some technical issues with the Engine.
Train is almost never sent to loop line without reason.
