Sri Jagannath Express is as good as Abada Prasad - Brandon Buffard

Yo, I took the West Coast Express on Friday (24th Nov). The starting station got changed from MAQ to MAJN that day. This train is the last one from Mangalore Central (23:45 hrs). Man, Mangalore is a city where public transport just vanishes after 8 PM. It's crazy to even think about having any transportation at 10 PM. A lot of us passengers showed up at Central station. Those Auto Rickshaw drivers were loving it. They were charging Rs. 200/- from Central to Junction, and can you believe they wouldn't let two strangers share one auto? They insisted that each person take a separate auto to reach the Junction. Mangalore Junction is a hard place to get to. It's hidden deep in some alley, and trying to find it in the dark is impossible for someone new to the city. The train started 30 - 45 minutes late and reached Chennai 1 hour behind schedule. The Railways should really get it together and either talk to KSRTC or make some proper arrangements for stranded passengers.
