Total BT arrivals mila ke hi 3.5 hrs se upar ho raha uai... koi 3 hrs hi speedup karwa de. Loco pilots ko nahi to cabin me khatiya le kar jaana hoga
Why can't it reach ADI around 4:30 or 5:00? Morning arrival doesn't mean after sunrise, right?
The idea is to have early arrival at Vadodara, Surat and Mumbai. On a very realistic basis 19204 can be easily speeded by at least 5 hours between Jetalsar-Sarkhej-Ahmedabad. If that is done it can depart ADI around 2:30 am and arrive early morning at Vadodara and Surat and late morning around 10am at Bandra. This will lead to provision of an overnight travel option between Somnath/Junagadh and Vadodara/Surat which is currently lacking. Ahmedabad already has a dedicated overnight option for Somnath/Junagadh in the form of 22957/58 Somnath SF Exp.
The problem with 19204 is that it has a very relaxed run and shares slot between ADI and BDTS with 19010, 12998 and 22916. Now 10.00 arrival at BDTS is a peak time and at that time most of the trains to DDR, BDTS, MMCT arrive so giving a new slot is difficult at that time.
But yes if they wish, they can utilise the slot of 22952 and 22473 between ADI and BDTS which is empty on remaining 5 days and speed up this slow passenger by 3.5 hours.

Aaram se 3.5 - 4 hours ka speed up ho sakta hai aur 22952, 22473 wala slot de sakte hai and return mei 19203 in same slot.
