What I feel is The cancellation fee for autocancelled WL tickets due to non confirmation of Tickets after chart preparation should not be collected by Indian Railways. Ok with customer charges for IRCTC Booking convenience fee as it involves system and database usage or access.
There should be cancelation fee but not after chart preparation for auto cancelled tickets due to WL.
Exactly my point. Why should the passenger pay charges even though ticket not confirmed after chart preparation and was unable to travel.
