Ravi~ 3492 blog postsI have a confirmed ticket in AC First class from GNT to BBS dated 23/12. However, the newly updated CC does not show AC First class category. What does happen in this case?

My journey is downgraded from First AC to 2-tier AC. Shall IR refund the excess amount by its own or will I file a TDR?
If your ticket is online then you have to sit relax and your difference amount will be refunded back.
And, if your ticket is counter ticket you should obtain a certificate from TTE and deposit it to Reservation Supervisor and collect difference refund amount.
