Don't think Rishikesh will accept this proposal. It will arrive Rishikesh at 1700 and has to undergo SM and stay in yard till next morning for dep at 1000 stabled for 9hrs after SM.
After permanent cancellation of MDU - DDN in ZBTT, connectivity between MAS - HW along with YNRK is urgently required & at YNRK SM slot can get easily like KCVL - YNRK
