Can a couple board a train with a confirmed and a WL ticket status on the same PNR?

Rac, wl cancellation charges toh lagenge hi na plus agar e ticket hai toh rs.16,35 will be deducted for non ac and ac class respectively as convenience fee
What I meant was the usual high deduction charge for cancelling confirmed tickets (120 for SL, 180 for 3A, etc.) wouldn't be applicable incase of partially confirmed tickets and a nominal charge of Rs 20 + GST per pax would only would be deducted.
Additionally, the IRCTC convenience fee incase of E-Tickets (23.6 per ticket) is never refunded in any case of cancellation.

Yes partially Confirmed you can travel and need to adjust in the single berth else you can file TDR and refund sans deducatbles..
Not full refund clerical charges + Bank PG charges shall de deducted.
