By then it surely run on time but cant speak about technical issue but weather eould clear talking about vande bharat
Yes, Vande Bharat would be punctual in March and MB-LKO-BSB section is a pathetic section, so I expect 13152 to be delayed and hence you have to wait during inconvenient hours of the night.
How about taking 22436 and 13010?
Because 13152 gets 2-5 hours late, so you might end up sacrificing your sleep waiting on thay one if you choose 22416.

Doon is more worse than 13152. Besides that, 13152 has halt at my home station Dakshineswar.
