Double decker CC is the most congested and uncomfortable coaches of IR, I really doubt it will be a success for the passenger segment

There was a pretty good scope of making DD sleeper coaches with 2 tier like configuration on upper and lower decks, or pod like configuration. Would have been excellent travel coaches for sleeper travel, but IR just gave up after the disastrous response to those chair car double decker trains.
