Yes as a daily train it should be converted and Cocanada reaches outer of Rayanapadu before Visakhapatnam Karimnagar express and then it waits for 30-40 mins if it runs before Visakhapatnam Karimnagar express it can be speeded up by 40 mins which would be enough, the problem is with Lingampalli thats why they detain the train in Rayanapadu
