What is the seat arrangement into the train.. Say 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 So 4 5 6 will come as side berth or what ?

One more question. there were 128 seats available when I booked the tickets. But I was not able to get even a single lower berth. Why So ??
I tried three times with the option checked that book my ticket only if I get a lower berth.. but it displayed the reply that no lower berth is available , is that true ? or all the lower berths are reserved for some category ?

In Garib rath mostly lower berth r not available in wen they r less seats
and 128 seats is just only 2 coaches (less than ) so no lower berth in it
