I just want to nitpick couple of things from the video. At 2:31, I don't think he even used a frame of IR; because I don't think any bogie has "Ordinary class" written on it in India. At 6:54, there is no Lucknow - Kota express. He is referring to the Patna-Kota express which originally was Lucknow - Mathura Express and which still has a LR at MTJ, I think. Also, without referring to the class that woman was traveling in, it is not possible to comprehend the scale of the problem. Bad toilets in SL? Standard thing for IR. Bad toilets in H1? That shouldn't happen.

Also,

the video is spreading old information at ~ 07:00. Quoting an article from the Hindu in 2021, "The humiliating descriptor for the Indian Railways of being the world’s largest institutional free-discharge toilet does not apply any more. As of March 2021, 100 per cent of passenger coaches have been fitted with bio-toilets."

He again gets it wrong by saying that VB can only travel at a maximum of 130 kph and that, in his own words "New Delhi to Varanasi ka route sabse tej hai".

He sums it all up by giving a simplistic answer of Operating Ratio but it would have been better if he had cited the same value for when Japan started building Shinkansen or France it's TGV. That would present a better context as to if Operating Ratio is the ONLY thing that matters or is one of MULTIPLE factors.
