Since it's part of the same project, so entire section is considered one as as construction already in progress other places in the same project so it will be Electrification under construction updated.
I Personally Saw no Works That's Why Said It Should be Removed and I haven't Seen Any Documents Related this Section Electrification
Till Now Works I Saw in FKG to MXN via then SLGR to DBRG Section Work is in Progress Via Sibsagar
