There is no more pure joy than RailFanning.

Since pantry car is removed from most trains, it's getting very difficult for women travelling with small children to arrange for warm milk/water during long journeys.
I have a family in my cabin and they have complained in Rail-madad app also but no help from anywhere.
In e-catering menus, boiled milk/warm water should be there for passengers I think.
Any other suggestions?
