Cleanliness --- Sleeper & General Coaches are in a pathetic shape. No idea about the interior if you get a freshly POHed one.
Punctuality -- Nowadays gets delayed in SER itself.

I had booked this for my acquaintance in 3AC as no other trains had ticket availability. The middle berths were loose and on of the travellers couldn't sleep with the fear of falling. Bhaut galiya padi.
It can be called one of the very badly maintained trains of IR.
