आधारिक अवसंरचना को और सुदृढ़ करने हेतु उत्तर रेलवे द्वारा लखनऊ मंडल में बाराबंकी-अयोध्या कैंट-शाहगंज-जफराबाद सेक्शन के सफदरगंज-सैदखानपुर- दरियाबाद (19.86 कि.मी.) सेक्शन पर दोहरीकरण कार्य के संबंध में प्री नॉन-इंटरलॉकिंग एवं नॉन-इंटरलॉकिंग कार्य किया जायेगा।
