how match distance from VM station to RTC bustand for take bus to TNM.

Then you can opt 22605/22603 PRR/KGP-VM SF from BZA or 07191/07435 directly from GNT to come to TNM. Why choosing to go via MAS? unless you have some plans around chennai
Take train till Katpadi, from Katpadi (Vellore) you have buses to Tiruvannamalai every 10 min. 2hrs travel from Vellore. Else take Purulia/Kharagpur - Villupuram train you can reach Tiruvannamalai directly
