Too early a starting time from GTNR. Why couldn't they have started it from LJN instead? The platforms aren't full at this time and that station is way better connected to avail trains at 0510 hrs.

I agree, at this time , it is sandwiched between two trains. But, they can always start it slightly later, trailing both these trains. After all, 0500 hrs is a bit early starting time for any train. Even long distance VBs start usually after 0500 hrs and compared to them, this has to cover a much less distance.
