Exactly....Only 13 passengers boarded this train to AY from AMH
IR should run a Intercity from Azamgarh to Lucknow via AY. The distance b/w Azamgarh and LJN is same [288] as b/w GKP and LJN via main line. Since even longer intercities run [GKP-ASH via loop line], therefore, even if this ICE runs with slower mps but has lesser stoppages, it can connect Azamgarh with both Ayodhya and the state capital. It can terminate either at LJN or ASH depending on the time it runs.
