May be in commercial run, halt at PNME & BWN can be withdrawn and can be provided at DGH/KQR and DDU
I also guess BWN won't be a stop. It might run HWH to ASN non-stop. PNME stop will be kept as it serves the Jain pilgrims to Shri Sammed Shikharji, and almost all Vande Bharat Expresses have been given stops at religious pilgrimage sites, and Parasnath hill is amongst the holiest places for Jains. This train will connect important pilgrimage sites for Jains (Parasnath), Buddhists (Gaya), and Hindus (Kashi and Gaya).
1.) The tentative TT if true is highly slacked at best. HWH-DHN is ridiculously slow. This is a true fact that during the ER heydays 12301 would cover up HWH-DHN in 2 and half hours. A self propelled MEMU prospect like a T18 trainset should in theory be able to replicate that time tables.
2.) BWN halt shouldn't be withdrawn IMO, it would provide a decent patronage as would DGR.
3.) Instead of PNME which can provide seasonal bursts of patronage at best, halts at KQR and DOS should be considered.

I 100% agree with all of your points. Let us hope all the best stops are given and slack reduced so that morning HWH departure is delayed a bit.
