Wow, they must have used an optimization algorithm to calculate the worst possible time for arrival at the destination station.

I think it's mostly slack but primarily, due to criss cross of tracks when going from KGP to SDAH side. Only a few trains prefer crossing over towards Sealdah side instead of taking the straightforward route to HWH. Either case, this train will reach easily beyond midnight; not good enough a time still.
