Railway minister is looking for the options to delay or halt the project. if railway minister would like to serve the request/ start the operations, he have multiple options.
both will fight if none of them agrees then loss for andhra people
if piyush goyal was rm then the scor zone 50% work would have been completed by now
I think piyush goyal won't take this much time , i believe he would have started railway zone operations by 2022 ending it self. request you to go through the link :
