Cancellation of Partial Confirmed e-ticket after chart is prepared.
I have 1AC ticket which is in waiting list. It has Two Passengers. I want to wait till chart is prepared and don't want to cancel it.
if suppose one Passenger is confirmed after preparation of chart and other still remain on WL and i decide to cancel the trip and want to cancel both the passengers and don't want to board the train, then what is the procedure for refund and how much charges i have to pay for cancellation of this E-Ticket....

You cancel it before chart preparation and you would get:
General=> Fare Paid - Clerkage Charges - IRCTC Service Charge - Service Tax on Clerkage Charges for both the passengers.
Tatkal=> Same as told in my previous post.
