What you are seeing is the Public Timetable (PTT), which has no value in railways operations, and just helps passengers to know a probable schedule.

Driver, guard & operating staff follow Working Timetable (WTT) available with them, which has every accurate information, and it is not officially available to common passengers

So I think only the originating and terminating stn time will have same time as that of PTT ? Is that correct ? I have seen in some time tables posted here in this site when official document had WTT, some stoppages there is a variation of almost 30 min between PTT & WTT

Yes, the org & ter station time are same.

Huge time variation can exist b/w PTT & WTT, like in East Coast Exp & 03047

Also, a train may NOT follow WTT in some cases based on special instructions (applicable mostly for slow running passenger trains), can also depart from a technical halt (usually for crew change) much ahead of timings of WTT
