my mother is travelling in this ticket and her ticket was not confirmed it was RAC , and she had to share the seat with a male, and also my mother has a hairline crack in her foot so in this medical situation please help us out with a confirm seat. pnr number is 6131951587

Pnr number 6131951587, my mother is travelling from bardhaman to SMVT, got an RAC ticket but she had her leg fractured and got to share this seat with a male who is not ready to co-operate . please provide a confirm seat as she is medically unfit and cannot share the seat with an unknown male passenger who is not ready to co-operate

SECONDLY, if she had a Medical Condition why did you allow her to travel at all in RAC for such a long distance unattended ??
This is highly irresponsible and inherently stupid. The other Passenger doesn't have ANY OBLIGATION to Co-operate, you chose to let your mother travel like this.
