Very sad.
A judicial enquiry overseen by the Supreme court must be ordered . One cannot trust the Railways to conduct a proper probe. The frequency at which such accidents occur is very disturbing.

Yes, activists should approach court. Its not first time, compensation may not bring people back. RIP to the old man.

That's good suggestion. Every accident in india should be investigated in SC supervision. Change the name of APex court to something like Supervision Beuro of Honest Citizens.
