There is always an option of short Termination when disruption of trains is for longer period. Just that it doesn't come to Kakinada and Rajahmundry doesn't mean it should be cancelled and people enroute don't travel. If there such disruption of service and running from Vja they will be travellers of Kakinada and RJY will travel by road and catch train at Vijayawada.
