The problem of terminating at Kasargod is that manpower , maintenance staff had to be brought from MAQ. They were given temporary options in Kasargod which was also not that great. All of this led to additional costs. It was always on the plan that this VB will terminate at MAQ. This was what I had heard from few railway staff itself. Moreover MAQ pit line is now ready to manage VB.
