The discussion is on party rallies over Bengal, here when other parties organize rally, without ticket party members forcefully occupy ac coaches, don't let ticket holders board, often start looting money, and many more (the same going to happen on upcoming 9th March). The whole thread was over FTR trains over Bengal region ... from tagged station, circulars, venue. 'Passenger friendly methods' is required over suburban cities only .
Why will I expect political parties from other state to reserve EMU trains? There is no such dependency/over crowding of EMU in other states. Except Mumbai, other states don't even have a lot of EMU rakes

Kolkata Metro has handed over BBD Bag area to WBTC for relaying of Tram Tracks as per High Court order. But WBTC is destroying Trams to promote Air polluter Autorickshaws.
