It looks more like a intercity express with respect to halts and Speed then a VB. Without stops getting occupancy is very difficult in this route as it's not the demand route for travelers. Morning BBS has 3 SF dep from 520 to 600 and deps towards Vskp till 845 so this was given 515 dep.
