Rajahmundry halt is ok for trains as other trains in the slot have halts. Miriyalguda halt for Vande Bharat is totally waste when they have very less boarding / deboarding from Nalgonda.

Vande bharat halt given because there are many travellers from mirylalguda to tirupati please dont forget train comes under scr so telangana region will get high priority than andhra region
