Rate and suggest, return journey of a mail train connecting two corners of UP. Two questions 1) Is number of rakes okay? 2) How to add Loco, do I need to take permission from the moderator?

Nice tt..... flagged.....u cannot add loco until u have 100 ratings. You have 58 ratings now.....if it gets 100+ you can add locos to ur img.
