Is there enough demand b/w Saharsa and Patna? The distance is not huge and the Intercity that currently runs has no 2nd sitting even; only 3/4 AC Chair Cars. Would it even be able to sustain an 8 car VB? A better option would be to implement a reverse ICE with lesser stoppages.
