Konkan railway has cancelled Matsyagandha Express (2619, 2620) Janshatabdi express (2051, 2052) over next two days. Also todays 2133 Down CSTM Karwar express is cancelled. Diva Sawantwadi passenger will run upto Ratnagiri only. This is due to land slide near Nivasar railway station.

Pune Miraj Hubli Arsikere route runs parallel to Konkan railway and people can easily get connecting buses and reach destinations like Goa, Karwar, Mangalore, Calicut easily within hours. If you take the route via Nagpur, it will not be useful for Konkan route passengers. You are not thinking about problems of Konkan passengers. You are just thinking of getting more trains via Nagpur. Trains via Nagpur will not help Konkan route passengers. Trains via Pune Miraj Hubli is the only viable option for Konkan destinations.
Take Karnataka Sampark Kranti 2630 or Suvarnajayanti from Delhi and change at Davangere or Arsikere and reach Kerala.
