now the figure of pilgrims reached 15 million today for darshan in pandharpur still railway needs any proof to start trains on miraj pandharpur track

Even if shirdi is popular place and got connected very late, but see number of trains started since it has been on railway map? within 1 year, it has got 3 EXp trains, and Number of superfast trains announced... but pandharpur having gauge conversion in 2002, it has only one passenger train to CSTM, and daily shuttle to Kurduwadi, any reason you have????
In Maharashtra, most of the development happens in Mumbai, Pune and Nashik belt. rest of the part of maharashtra is far behind in any field. The same holds true here. Shirdi is near Nashik while Pandharpur is near Solapur Sangli. So, railways nor state govt. will not care for Miraj Pandharpur route.
I am with you. IR should to begin with atleast start providing services equivalent the those erstwhile meter guage services
