Why Ser Doesnt Give This Train Brand New Lhb Coaches Why Using Old Coaches For This Train

I feel that's how things should be. New coaches should be equally distributed among most of trains rather than only some getting them.
SER is & SECR doesn't want to run Passenger trains. I guess by 2029 SER & SECR will hand over their trains to ER, ECoR, WCR, CR & SCR.
This train rsa can be done with Kriya yoga express and 1 spare rake can be removed from this train easily.
