I know it is easier said than done . But at present we have a stable central government with. majority . A lot of reforms are underway - even UPI was considered impossible at one time - So were semi high speed trains.
Kisi ko toh shuruwat karni padegi nahi toh Aisa hi chalta rahega.
Amrit bharat scheme mein stations revamp kar rahe hain , ticket based entry barriers should be considered( as in Japan , China high speed rail, On metro stations , some BRTS corridors this system is working...
