For long journey this distance not a problem. Without considering short distance, they are considering long distance. This route is very long & and also why they are considering this long route instead of pratapgarh route...As via Pratapgarh route is very short distance...
As you are aware the VB is introduced from Gorakpur to Lucknow connecting Ayodhya. As occupancy is not good and have more turnaround time it was extended to Prayagraj. Ideally should Prayraj is not ideal route and it's run in C shape should have to Agra via Kanpur.
