please tell me that in future irctc can prvide the facility for e-tickets if it is in waiting. is can be valid in future as window ticket. can passenger is athouriesed for board in train with e-ticket that is waiting in future.

friend it means tkt is convert wl tkt change at prs new tkt like prs after some money paying to prs this tkt cannot cancel on agent computer because prs lock it . it is a valid like a prs tkt now friend...
