SWR has pranked the people of Karnataka.
If they already knew about Operational Constraints, then why did they notify people about timings change at the first place??

Develop Bantwal (BC Road) as a terminal for all SWR trains from Hassan side. No hope from SR PGT to Mangalore, as they are busy in adding dozen trains to Kerala and use the stations for dumping their trains.
SWR and KR together should explore a link from Bantwal to Suratkal/ Mulki avoiding SR area completely. Some 30 kms line via Mangalore airport will be much useful.
