I don't want to argue with you , but no hopes that this train will get even filled half without SGRL/SKTN.
I don't know why you are so much fascinated with chopan, it's nothing just a small town settled across SH-5A, and somewhat important due to railway settlements.

Hmm, maybe SKTN me pitline bane, par possibility toh nahi hai ki ECR kuch karega. Triveni ka maintenance pehle Bareilly me hota tha NR me ab NER ki train hai toh TPU me ho raha.
