I requested owners of private hotels make Pure Wheat Atta chapatti (3 layered rumaal chapatti type)With separate chatnies and pickles in order to supply to the passengers before entering in to the railway station, since sometimes passengers are not getting food in some trains. Make sure that chapattis will good up to four five days. So please provide good service and do well.Price should be reasonable to ordinary passengers.
in all main stations. and also the hotel owners of out side stations, so passenger can purchse good chapatti before starting his journey with out depending on pantry food also.
all hotels(big or small) /pantry, whenever there is a heavy demand or mass demand, compromise, while making food items and the taste will not be the same as you get in your home. we must adjust to the mindset for a different taste other than home when we are eating out, our high expectations of taste which should be similar to our home (everybody thinks it should be suited to my taste) is creating more problems rather than other factors. agreed, in many places, there are hygiene probs, other misc probs. even 5 star hotels have complaints abt food which are served, i have personally seen a insect in Phool Gobhi (Cauliflower) and have returned the item. we think that big hotels dont have issues, may be if a fly falls into the tea after making it, they take it out with a spoon and serve you w/o we knowing that...
