This train is dedicated not only for Visakhapatnam, but also for other places including BBS, CTC,BLS,TATA,BKSC and all. Suitable timing for Visakhapatnam passengers. Even though not the short route but faster than 18311.
Helpful for VSKP-TATA, VSKP-BSB,BBS-BSB, and TATA-BSB connectivity as because for Visakhapatnam only 1 train in a week for Bhubaneswar only 3 days to Varanasi and can be better then 20816 only in matters of connectivity for TATA pax.
