Does anyone know how railway stations on DFC are named?
Recently confusion came up when the New Gholvad DFCCIL station on WDFC was inaugurated as it is situated near Umargam Road and Sanjan stations but named as New Gholvad. click here
Even for New Palghar DFCCIL, it is seen that the station is located nowhere near IR Palghar station but is near Vangaon station but still named New Palghar.
