Hey, check it out. SWR ain't adding any fancy trains from Bangalore to Mumbai or Hubli to Mumbai because of the bus crew. I feel ya. But SR can bring in a train through RU, GTL, Solapur from down south cities like Chennai to LTT smoothly as SF trains and clear out the summer madness. It all boils down to the zones wanting to rake in that much-needed cash, right? Even if the special trains ain't happening, you could suggest rolling out Clone trains to up the capacity. CSMT platforms are getting a facelift to handle 22 to 24 coach trains, so SR and SWR could toss in more coaches to the existing trains. SWR could totally run SF trains from LTT to Bangalore in 18 hours by tweaking the schedule and cutting down on pit stops.
