WCR reeks of incompetence.
Dumb Idiots, Stupid Proposals, No results, Wastage of Resources. There hasn't been a Zone with more State of Art Infrastructure having such Incompetent Bunch of Non Sensical Idiotic Dumb as a Doorbell Babus.
Next they'll run a Sleeper Vande Bharat between Indore and Bhopal - their favourite route of earning shame. As a result trains which are actually needed to be regularised get ignored.

needs dedicated service to Haridwar (via Delhi), Amritsar, Chandigarh, Hyderabad (with good timings), Puri, Madgaon, Coimbatore, Trivandrum etc and all they can think of is Delhi.
No Wonder WCR Trains get least preference in Delhi Division especially Nizamuddin Station where evn Andaman Express proceeds before Mahakaushal Express is given go ahead for departure.
Thank heavens, Rewa Anand Vihar Express belongs to NR otherwise even that would get Platform return or delayed departure.
