It went into WL just now. Book it tonight itself before first chart. The number of travellers deboarding at Vijayawada is higher then the number of boarding but leftover seats are not available for booking after first chart and the system is showing not available daily for both towards Secunderabad and Visakhapatnam.
Yes you can board the train with general ticket and consult TTE and pay difference amount. But these days TTEs are not issuing paper ticket and putting the fare collected in their pocket. (Corruption).
Can people board VB with general ticket and pay the difference amount ? Its a premium train is that allowed ? In this can case we board any train with general ticket and pay the price difference and travel if seats are available ?
I when I travelled in Jan end a WL paper ticket traveller boarded our coach and travelled. (Looks like he took paper WL ticket intentionally to board the train). Even in charts its written as TTE in the section can book issue ticket. ( it is common for all trains). In many VB chart is being prepared at source station and many seats are available in between or last sections but not shown in booking so TTE may issue ticket by taking difference amount. Don't know whether there is any written instructions that GS tickets holders cannot board in the rule book.
